It has taken some time ….
I have been working on a baby cardi for weeks. Progress has been slow because I have gone through a period of procrastination and work has been busy. It hasn’t helped that I made the same cardi immediately before this one either ๐ค
But I sewed on the last button last night ๐
And here it is with its mate which I have shown in an earlier post. The eagle-eyed out there may have noticed an extra button on the pink one? I seem to have done a better job of spacing the buttonholes on the blue one – so there’s progress ๐
Anyway now that that is finished I am on the look out for a new project and hopefully I will get on and use up some of the stash…
Woolly wishes,
Jane โกโกโก
Is it a grey or a blue? The pics look different.

They are both blue and pink. I have used the same yarn for both. The blue is a denim blue ๐

love them both but a slight preference for the denim blue one with just the hint of pink ^^

Knitting baby/child stuff is a most excellent way of stash-busting!

I agree and usually you have a completed item quite quickly! Almost instant gratification ๐

Nice job on the cables! Both garments are lovely, but I’m biased toward pink :).

Thank you. I do like this shade of pink but not sure if I may look a bit washed out when I wear it? Extra lipstick perhaps ๐ค

Thank you for ‘liking’ my blog – It’s GREAT that all the way on the other side of the earth is a knitter who read my blog! AMAZING! I would like to follow your blog, as well – you are an amazing knitter (I would never have the courage to knit a sweater…guess you’d call me the Queen of the Square objects (for the most part). I enjoy your writing & pictures – KEEP IT UP!

They look really great. I crochet but I can’t knit! Obviously I can only deal with one tool at a time! LOL!

Thank you. And I am the other way round ๐
From time to time I pick up a hook and have a bash but I usually end up in a bit of a pickle โค
