What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
I don’t usually answer these but after being down in the dumps I do have a few ideas:
Craft and creativity – keeping hands and mind busy making something.
Exercise – a new one for me, I am the original couch potato, but its surprising how good you feel after a nice walk or jumping around in an exercise class.
Work – fills a good chunk of time and I’m so tired afterwards that I sleep like a baby.

Good for you. No, I don’t usually bother with those, but might have a
look at them now. I find crafting very soothing. I also potter about
(just walking round, no actual work!) in the garden, just because it’s
nice to be outside. Hugs.

I didn’t believe the benefits of healthy bacteria but decided to try it out as my guts weren’t great ( to much cider in my youth ). I’ve been making my own for the last 18 months, I’m sure I think more positive since taking it or it could be the lego 🙊
