What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
I don’t usually answer these but after being down in the dumps I do have a few ideas:
Craft and creativity – keeping hands and mind busy making something.
Exercise – a new one for me, I am the original couch potato, but its surprising how good you feel after a nice walk or jumping around in an exercise class.
Work – fills a good chunk of time and I’m so tired afterwards that I sleep like a baby.
