Finally finished Friday…
My partner becomes a grandpa at the beginning of April. His daughter is expecting a little girl – I went to the Baby Shower last week. I have been working on a little cardi for her which I have finally finished this morning 😊
So this month I will be using up some of my baby yarn stash so as to have some bits and pieces to offer on the big day ☆☆☆
Maybe something in just one colour next so as I don’t have all of those ends to sew in…

Thank you. I live baby knits as well because you normally have a finished article quite quickly but a lot of procrastination went into this one because of all the ends that needed sewing in… ❤

I absolutely LOVE the effects of garter stitch on this sweater! I also love the combination of grey and pink.

I hate ends too but I think it was worth it. It’s a nice pop of color without being overwhelmed by it.

I really like how the gathers come out of the garter stitch. Not a fan of pink and grey myself – but hey, I don’t have to wear it! Are you making both sweaters the same size, or making something to grow in to?

Thank you. They are both going to be second size so I think a bit if growing will be needed or some sleeve rolling up 😆
