Chevron blanket
I have tried to set up a separate page for things relating to Lucia the camper but have failed miserably.
Lucia is currently at the garage having her brakes sorted – a sort of spa break for campers!!!
I have started a throw for her:
I am using DK acrylic yarn (I won it last year) and a 4 mm hook. I possibly should have used a 4.5 mm hook as there is a slight ruffle but I wanted a tight dense fabric so some careful blocking will be required when I have finished.
Having fun with zig zags!

so lovely & bright! I have yet to try my hand at a zigzag crochet blanket, but it’s definitely on my “to do” list!

It looks great! I think you made a great choice using acrylic, it will be so easy to maintain, and the colours are super happy! 🙂

I don’t think that this is bad, honestly. It will be so easy to maintain and if you want to take it outside for a picknick, I think it’s fantastic if you don’t have to worry about food or grass stains or whatever. 🙂

Thank you. I have never done anything in zig zag before so I’m learning as I go on. When I finish the Afghan I will feel like an expert 😂

Lucky Lucia – her spa break also sounds just the ticket. I wouldn’t worry about another page, simple is best. The zigzags are coming along nicely, though be careful with the ruffling, acrylic doesn’t block like wool, you’ll need to be a bit persuasive with it 🙂 . It will be beautifully cosy for when you are travelling with her round the country – what a delicious thought.
