but…
The hottest day of the year so far and I have been in the garden, early but still rather foolishπ
My credit card statement tells me I have paid for another year with WordPress so I really ought to start using it. I have been very lazy over the last few months when it comes to my little blog. I have reduced my responsibilities at work which is helping my general well-being, trying to get in as much yoga as I can and have made loads of string market bags! I find them very therapeutic but need to find something to do with them all π€
As I’ve said very hot today but a couple of weeks ago I took my market make to Jubilee Gardens and sat by the pool listening to the soft ripples and buzzing bugs and did some hooking π π π

So off for a cool shower to wash away dirt and stickiness, will probably be out again when the sun has gone down π
Thank you for still taking an interest in meπ
Woolly wishes,
Jane β‘β‘β‘
that was a lovely cool view of the lake you had while hooking in the heat. We’re melting here today but it’s going to get still hotter over the weekend. Roll on the autumn is all I can say!

We are in the triple digits in Texas, USA. Not loving it. But itβs expected this time of year. Love the string bag and the view πβπ»π§Ά

I like the sound of crochet and yoga. Not the heat! We are normally hot at this time of year but it has been cooler and wetter which I don’t mind at all! Hope you enjoyed the Jubilee celebrations

I worked through a chunk of the Jubilee weekend but made sure my clients had lots of fun and we drank a phenomenal amount of tea and ate lots of cake. So all in all not at all bad π

SO glad to see you’re BACK! Sometimes even a quick post helps (I say that knowing I’m not always ‘regular’ in my postings, either). That pond view is wonderful – I’d be there day & night if we had something like that here. Am I correct – didn’t you sell your bags last summer? Very nice – like the solid bottom – KEEP GOING! Your audience awaits.

Thank you and yes I did sell some last year. I’m currently looking for a craft fair locally as the shop I used to use has closed down π£

Happy to see your blog again. I do like that photograph of the lake and manor house. So very English.
