And here’s the reason why….

Who would have thought something so small could cause such upheaval?
I’ve not risked getting the knitting out just to be on the safe side but little Maro is currently into everything ๐
N has spent 2 nights sat up with said kitten because he was crying when left alone. I’m daft but not that daft๐
Hopefully I will have something to show soon. I’m going to brave getting the yarn and needles out!
Woolly wishes,
Jane โกโกโก

But he just wants to play all night, I think he’s hyper active ๐คช

He’s a kitten – of course he’s hyper! Have to play hard all day to have any chance of sleeping at night; anyone around to play with all day??

N is retired that’s the only reason I let him have a kitten so yes he has company all day but I have a sneaky suspicion that N has been watching lots of cricket on TV!!! ๐ค

They have to PLAY cricket – not just watch it!

My son plays cricket and rugby. N is an armchair sportsman…..

You ‘could’ try a fuzzy towel with a ticking CLOCK under it – or a stuffed animal Maro might like to lay on/with

Too cute!! I was going to say put him in bed with you but then I read through the previous comments. I had forgotten that kittens like to stay up all night and play. ๐ค

He’s is starting to settle into the semblance of a nighttime routine but good job N is retired and doesn’t have to worry about being fit for work ๐คช

I remember when we got our 14 year olds as 10 week old kittens, after we’d lost our old cat. I’d forgotten how new ones climb on everything and scratch the back of fabric sofas – not their fault always, sometimes just because they can’t get a grip on something so large! Good luck!!!!!

Don’t the little rotter!!! I’m a dog person but have to admit kitten quite cute. He’s letting me crochet but goes belistic when I get the knitting needles out๐

I am definitely a dog person too, but cute is cute and cannot be denied.
