Crumble!!! We had a strawberry rhubarb crumble for Motherās Day that was soooo yummy!

I have never eaten rhubarb. I bought some once. It ended up getting tossed. Now it is as rare as hen’s teeth but I’d cook it now that I am older, wiser, more daring . . .
