Do you remember me sharing photos on the progress of the pink Guernsey jersey?
Well I have finally finished it 🤗
It’s a Debbie Bliss pattern that I found in Prima magazine a few years ago. I have made it in brown before but I am much happier with this attempt. The yarn came from Aldi so cheap and cheerful. Next time I make it I will have the confidence to splash out on a more expensive yarn.

It might sound rather self-centred but it is so important to look after yourself. I try to find something positive in everything I do, even some of my culinary disasters and that can take some looking 😂

Jane, this is so lovely and it fits you beautifully! I have only been in Aldi once and there was no yarn in sight. Maybe it is different in US shops.

Thank you Regina. Aldi don’t always have yarn but several times a year they have “craft events” when they sell yarn, craft kits, art stuff etc on a sort of once it’s gone it’s gone basis ❤

It looks really good on you! The colour suits you so well, and if this is cotton yarn from ALDI, my mother has bought it, too, and it feels very pleasant, nothing wrong with it. Congratulations on getting it done!! 🙂
