And now the cable knit’s over…
This afternoon has been spent sewing up, weaving in ends and completing the neck on my nephew’s cable knit. And ta dah here it is:

Made using Paton’s aran weight yarn (63% wool, 37% acrylic).
I will be bundling it up and posting it on Tuesday after the bank holiday. My goodness it feels good to have it off my needlesπ

It turned out great! The cables reminded me that when I was in elementary school my friendβs mom used to knit awesome sweaters like that for her two daughters. I was always kind of envious of that …π€
