Trying her out for size. ..
I know today is Thursday but it’s been a bit of a hectic week! Last Saturday N and I took Lucia to a field and checked her out for size.
The brakes are fixed, she’s had a full service and she has had some waterproofing underneath 😉
I rather like her 1970s interior but N feels she needs new covers, he’s not a fan of brown 😔
The roof is being held up with some clips as the gas joints need replacing. But all very exciting. We are hoping to do a couple of festivals next year and I’ve got her lined up for some craft fairs 😄
The afternoon was also spent blackberry ing so came home very scratched and stained but apple and blackberry crumble for tea 😚

Does she have comfortable interior seating for knitting? Certainly the lighting is good during the day!

Basic rather than comfy but I can do a bit of Al fresco knitting from a picnic chair 😂

Although if N wants the seats recovered, there’s a good reason to make your designated knitting seat more comfy, in case of rain and insects.

That’s a very roomy pop top! I’m envious of the blackberries. They don’t grow where I live – it’s too hot and dry.

It sounds like a fantastic weekend (especially with the berry happy ending! (sorry. Honestly.)) I do remember that Lucy from Attic 24 posted a bit about their … caravan, I think, I’m looking forward to see your camping pictures and reading about your adventures, too!!
